Ordering from Ella Announcements: How it Works

So it's not as complex as it may seem, but it's not as straight forward as ordering a basic product online... So here we'll talk you through how the process works when ordering your stationery from Ella Announcements. To ensure the quickest turnaround possible, please read the following carefully.

1. Select your Design

Browse through ALL of our galleries. It doesn't matter what category you're looking in, as wording can be adapted on absolutely any design to suit your occasion. When you've found the design you want, add the quantity you require to your basket, and continue through to make payment

2. Submit Information

After making payment you will be redirected to a page where you can submit your information. We cannot process your order without this, so ensure it is submitted immediately after payment is processed. If you have purchased a photo card design, please email your photographs to us at photos@ellaannouncements.com as you will not be placed into the proof queue until these have been received.

3. Approve your Proof

Your invitation will be designed based on the information you have provided, and will be sent to you via email for your approval. Check through all spelling and wording thoroughly, and when you're happy with the design you will be required to email us your approval.

4. Printing

Your order will be sent to print with the next available batch of orders. Orders are sent to print twice weekly. Printing takes up to 5 working days.

5. Dispatch

We will dispatch your order to you within 24 hours of it being printed via the selected delivery option. Please see the FAQ page for more information on our different delivery options.

 

Gifts

For gifts, the system is very similar to the above, with purchasing your item, submiting your personalisation information, approved your proofs and then we'll process the order. For specific details and other turnaround times, please view the information on the gift in question.
